AquaMind Coach
I swim 3 times a week and I've been stuck at 2:05 per 100 for months.
AM
What does a normal session look like for you?
1500 m, same steady pace.
AM
There's your plateau. Your body has learned one speed, so it stays there. Today we teach it a new one: 1 · Warm-up · 300 m easy 2 · 6 × 100 on 2:15 · hold 2:00 3 · Pulse after the series · target 26 Tell me the number and how the last 100 felt.

What makes AquaMind different

Not a workout generator. A coach, with a method and a character.

A typical swim app
  • Gives you a workout from a template
  • Counts your laps and draws charts
  • Treats every swimmer the same way
  • Doesn't know how you feel today
The AquaMind coach
  • Asks before it prescribes, and finds the real problem first
  • Explains why, in plain words and real sports science
  • Patient with beginners, demanding with racers, honest with everyone
  • Notices fear, stress or a bad day, and remembers you next time

Most swim apps hand you a workout. AquaMind talks with you.

It finds out what's really holding you back, explains why in plain words, and remembers you next time, like a coach on the side of the pool.

Beginner
My legs always sink.
Usually it's the head, not the legs. When you lift it to look forward, your hips drop. Swim 25 m looking at the bottom and tell me: do your legs stay up?
Competitive
Best 100 free is 1:06. Main set for today?
8 × 100 on 1:30, three series. Count your pulse for 10 seconds after each series, target 28. If you're above it by the third, the send-off was too fast.
A hard day
Bad race today. I feel useless.
I'm sorry, that hurts. One race doesn't decide what kind of swimmer you are. Do you want to tell me what happened, or just talk it through first?

From chat to pool in three steps

1
Tell the coach about you
Your level, your goal, your fears. It asks one question at a time.
2
Get your session
A complete plan, short enough to read before you get in the water.
3
Swim, report, improve
Follow it in Pool Mode, count your pulse, tell the coach how it went. The next session adapts.

Questions

I can't swim yet. Is AquaMind for me?
Yes. The coach starts from the very first step, breathing out under water, and never asks you to swim where you can't stand.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. Everything works with just your iPhone. If you swim with an Apple Watch, your swims are added automatically.
Which languages does the coach speak?
Write in your language, and the coach answers in it: English, French, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian and many more.
I already swim competitively. Will it be too easy?
No. For racers the coach builds series on send-offs with heart-rate targets, works on starts, turns and underwater, and asks for your best times to set the pace.
Can I cancel Pro any time?
Yes. Try Pro free for 7 days, then cancel in one tap in your iPhone settings whenever you want.

Your next swim starts with a conversation.
